You are solely accountable for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions to use any image, text, design, trademark, or copyrighted material belonging to third parties. Order Placement

Placing an order with us is a simple process. It begins with submitting your finalized order form, which includes details of the requested products or services, either as a hard copy or an electronic file. Please ensure that you are confident about the design and print specifications before placing the order. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately forwarded to our press office for production. At this stage, no changes can be made to the order.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order, but certain conditions and charges apply:

  • Within 4 Hours of Approval: Cancellation is allowed with a 5% fee of the total order amount.
  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: A 50% fee of the total payment will be charged to cover time and resource costs incurred.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellation is not guaranteed, and requests may not be processed depending on the order status.

Proof And Color Accuracy

Review the final proof thoroughly before approval, ensuring no errors in layout, spacing, punctuation, image placement, or content. Electronic proofs may not accurately display transparency or color representation.

The colors on the printed product are based on the submitted artwork. Keep in mind that RGB colors (used for digital displays) and CMYK colors (used for printing) differ, which may result in slight variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed output. Exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to these limitations.

Our team does its best to achieve the closest color match, but by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible differences.

Order Processing and Shipping Policy

The printing turnaround time begins once full payment is received and your order, along with the final artwork, is submitted. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs issues, shipping carrier delays, or technical problems. We strive to meet all delivery schedules and ensure a smooth process. Our focus remains on providing high-quality packaging at a reasonable cost while keeping customer satisfaction our top priority.
